BharatPe and Ashneer Grover, who was the co-founder but is no more with the company have settled their differences. The fintech company and the critical businesswoman who openly accused the organization of fraud have finally come to an agreement.
Under the deal, Grover will have to resign from the chairmanship of BharatPe and also give up any claim he has to the shares of the company. The conflict that started in January 2022 then unfolded into criminal charges acusations, and defamation.
