Snapdeal Founders Score 200X Return in Hot Urban Company Exit

Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, who started Snapdeal and Titan Capital, just made a big exit from Urban Company, a home services startup. They sold their shares for a huge profit, getting almost 200 times what they invested nine years ago. They put in Rs 57 lakh in 2015 and now got Rs 111 crore from selling to Dharana Capital.

Urban Company has grown a lot, thanks to its hardworking founders. The money from this sale will go into new startups. Bahl and Bansal have a history of making smart investments, including Ola Cabs and Mamaearth.

Urban Company made Rs 282-283 crore in the last three months and is on track to be profitable by 2025. They had a great year, with a big jump in revenue and a smaller loss compared to last year.
